Refund / Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Team Alpha Threads accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags attached if applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at teamalphathreads@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we recommend completing an approved return and placing a new order for the correct size or item.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
